2020年公布的国际iF设计大奖中，兆琦设计团队设计的环保尿不湿荣获2020_01 iF设计大奖。

该设计采用了环保理念，针对传统一次性尿布湿的污染性作出了颠覆。其采用了中国传统尿布湿所采用的棉布作为可以反复清洗的部分材料，而内部需要更换的材料则采用了与本地烟草耗材公司所研发的气凝胶材料，改种气凝胶材料可以生物降解从而实现对自然负担最小化。

该设计获得了评委的高度表扬：

This proposal makes a very interesting contribution to waste reduction, addressing one of the most polluting of disposable products: conventional diapers. The concept shows how a two-part modular structure consisting of a water-soluble and a reusable element offers an exciting new product design solution.
